Thank you for purchasing your one-of-a-kind handmade wearable art piece(s) and/or home décor design. If, for some reason you wish to return the item(s), refunds are available up to 10 days after receipt of your unique handmade item(s). Please contact me within 10 days of receiving your purchase in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you have received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received in the studio and inspected, you will be notified via email that your returned item was received, along with the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days and depending on your bank or credit card company policy.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund has not been received in the manner you expect, please your bank account again and/or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please remember that processing times for refunds can vary depending on the bank or credit card company. If you have exhausted all recommendations stated above and your refund is still not posted, please contact me via email at janet@janetsikiricafiberarts.com
Regretfully, exchanges are not possible.
Shipping your Return
Please mail all returning items to: Janet Sikirica Fiber Arts, 22 Southlawn Avenue, Dobbs Ferry NY 10522.
Please note that you are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your returns), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item so tracking and/or insurance is recommended.
